SingPost is the designated Public Postal Licensee (PPL) for Singapore, providing comprehensive services for collecting, sorting and distributing domestic and international mail. We have worked with SingPost in a variety of brand and marketing activations for Domestic mail department.
We supported SingPost in designing several of their Point
of Purchase collaterals to reflect their spirit as Singapore's PPL.
Driving Adoption of
Sustainable Packaging
Headerboards are designed to drive awareness of how SingPost champions sustainable approaches in its advocacy. Our concept presents SingPost’s vision of sustaining our planet by encouraging a more widespread use of our eco-friendly products, through a more ‘soft-selling’ approach.
Improving Product Image & Propositions
We designed the key visual for SingPosts new eco-friendly
packing materials. It features sustainability elements to
reinforce the products' USPs, using geometric illustrations that represent the building blocks SingPost is putting in place towards more sustainable pathways. This packaging was then rolled out across post offices to improve product options and meet customers' demands.
Shifting Perceptions of Letterbox Delivery
We conceptualised an awareness campaign for the Tracked Letterbox that positioned the service as the go-to choice for secure, guaranteed letterbox delivery. The campaign was rolled out across digital and physical touchpoints, such as on SAM Machines and TV screens across SingPost's post office network.
