The Energy Market Authority (EMA) is a statutory board under the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry. Through our work, we seek to build a clean energy future that is resilient, sustainable, and competitive.

We worked with EMA to review, develop and execute a social media communications strategy that raises public awareness and understanding of EMA’s initiatives, build public affinity towards EMA’s work through engaging content, and improve EMA’s employer branding.

Differentiating Content for Target Audiences

We crafted different content approaches towards different audience segments to ensure they are not alienated with overly technical content. This helps the general public and businesses to understand EMA's work from their own perspectives.

Strengthening Corporate Branding through Content

To showcase EMA's culture, values and teamwork, we profiled employees from various departments through engaging videos and images that communicate what goes behind their work, while injecting personality into EMA's social media channels.

Making Energy Topics Simple

The energy sector consists of different topics that cover areas such as energy sustainability and reliability, and can be complex at times. To improve public awareness and understanding of such topics, we created videos such as the Make It Simple series that invites experts in EMA to share about the topic in a digestible way.
